How we document the work
Every case study follows the same four parts, so one project can be compared against another and so writing one never starts from a blank page.
- The problem — what the business needed to change, and why it mattered
- The approach — what was decided before anything was designed or built
- What was built — the work delivered, and the technology it runs on
- The outcome — what changed afterwards, measured and attributed to a source
Tell us what is not working.
You do not need a case study to judge whether we are useful. Describe the problem and you will get a straight answer about whether it is worth doing.
